Marina Maclean and I (collectively known as OMARINA) have been away on our holidays, Marina to a hilltop villa in Italy and I to a remote island retreat in the Hebrides. With none of the modern trappings of the digital age to keep us distracted, we passed the nights reading or merely thinking. I read Turgenev, and Marina, Voltaire.
Upon returning to Glasgow and having one of our 'brain-storms', we came to the enthusiastic agreement that it is time to bring OMARINA to you by launching our blog which we have been working on in secret.
